Hi, my name Is Nick Salgado and I have been a timeshare owner at Harborside Resort at Atlantis for over 10 years. Together with my spouse and two kids, we have made countless unforgettable memories at Atlantis over the years. We absolutely love spending time as a family at the world-famous waterpark, splashing in the pools, and enjoying the beaches.
As diehard Atlantis fans, over time we accumulated multiple timeshare contracts to maximize our vacation time at this amazing Caribbean paradise. However, as the kids grew older, we found ourselves with more vacation timeshares than we could use every year. I realized there are so many other families that would love to experience Atlantis but may not be able to afford it. So I decided to start renting out some of my timeshare vacation time.

My goal is to help make the Atlantis vacation dreams of more families come true, while also offsetting the costs of my own family's vacation timeshares. ABOUT HARBORSIDE RESORT AT ATLANTIS
Situated along Paradise Island’s southern shore, Harborside Resort is the exclusive timeshare owner’s section connected to Atlantis. Each villa exudes bright, elegant Bahamian décor and a long list of premium amenities – a full kitchen or kitchenette, living room, private balcony, whirlpool baths, flat screen TV’s, and washer/dryer. The resort grounds at Harborside also exclusively offer a heated pool, restaurant, fitness center, and more.
When staying at Harborside, guests get to enjoy all the amenities that Atlantis has to offer – free access to the Aquaventure water park, pools, beach, marine habitats, casino, restaurants, shops, shuttles, and pretty much anything else available at Atlantis.
I personally like to refer to Harborside as Atlantis’ best kept secret because this section isn’t really advertised by Atlantis and you definitely get the most bang for your buck here! When renting directly from us, Harborside features the most affordable rooms that have the most space and can accommodate large groups. The kitchens are very useful for saving money because guests can cook some of their own meals and don’t have to eat out all the time.
