Unlike the main Atlantis resort, Harborside Resort operates solely as a vacation ownership property, meaning it is exclusively available to those who own timeshares. Over the past 10+ years, I have purchased many timeshare units at Harborside Resort. Owners can choose to occupy their designated villa during their allotted vacation time or rent out their unit.
